1. Prioritizing or compartmentalizing, write everything that is running through your head down. You must alleviate anxiety. Take baby steps, you can’t take on everything at once. And please, if you need help, Ask for help! Collaborate with colleagues, friends, leaders, community members…we are all in this together.

2. Taking care of you – Make sure you are eating properly and drinking water regularly. Wearing masks all day long is no fun for anyone. Make sure your space and clothes are clean. Ensure that you are bringing joy to yourself

3. Building culture and community in classroom is vital. Whether you are a virtual teacher or a face-to-face teacher or a Simultaneous teacher, culture and community are still of the essence. Give grace to coworkers, students, faculty, parents. This is not easy for any of us.
