Alleviating the sense of self might lead to the reducing of suffering and a sense of release. It helps realizing how the sense of ego-identity shapes our experience and that its fading through clear and direct seeing is possible and can even lead to the fading away of any kind of experience. Instructions and examples are given to carry this practice throughout daily activities for insights into every aspect of life.
