These no knead Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls are everything you want in a chocolate bread recipe! They are very soft, moist, buttery and full of chocolate flavor with a delightful hint of cinnamon! Since it's a no knead bread recipe, they are absolutely easy and simple to make. The dough is also made with heavy cream, which gives the Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls a super moist and soft texture with a wonderful taste. The cream cheese frosting is light and not too sweet, and goes so well with the chocolate cinnamon rolls!

Ingredients (for 9 Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls):
For the Chocolate bread dough:
200g all-purpose flour (1 ⅔ cups)
15g cocoa powder (2 tbsp)
3g salt (½ tsp)
3g instant dry yeast (1 tsp)
30g sugar (2 ½ tbsp)
120g warm milk 40ºC (½ cup)
30g warm heavy cream 40ºC (2 tbsp)
15g melted unsalted butter (1 tbsp)
For the chocolate cinnamon filling:
25g melted unsalted butter (2 tbsp)
45g brown sugar (¼ cup)
12g cocoa powder (1 ½ tbsp)
2g ground cinnamon (1 tsp)
50g dark chocolate 60% (½ cup)
For the cream cheese frosting:
55g cream cheese, room temperature (¼ cup)
25g unsalted butter, room temperature (2 tbsp)
25g powdered sugar (3 tbsp)
10g heavy cream 35% room temperature (2 tsp)
1g vanilla bean paste (¼ tsp)
