The Clearing - An electro-feeric improvisation

Описание: In this improvised composition I use three Behrikger Craves. One is the background electronic pulse. This is achieves through gate-like jumps in the filter cutoff generated by a true analogue sequencer (Behringer 1027). I've been chasimg that sound for a long time, it's similar to what we hear in Blade Runner's opening music by Vangelis. Now that I know how it's done, I think I'll use ot a lot. The other two Craves are playing the lead. They are tuned a fifth apart and heard simultaneously. In addition, the two oscillators are combined in a ring modulator and the modulated signal is mixed with the higher-pitched oscillator to generate a subharmonic like sound.

The melody is completely improvised. It just came to me. It strongly suggests some magical half-seen benevolent but mysterious free spirits in an ebchanted forest at night.
