Budget Massage Gun Review | Power Pro 3900 First Impressions

This cheap gun was half off normal price (which is still cheap for a massage gun) so I couldn't pass up the deal and I filmed my very first use of it (or any gun) to give you my first impression review.

This is the Power Pro Massager 3900 by Pinnacle Brands. I got it at Gabe's a discount retail store, like Ross or TJ Maxx, and you may find similar deals at those stores.

Long story short, if you're used to high dollar machines, I can't guarantee this will cut it for you, but if you're in the market for a $30 gun, you may be just like me and have absolutely zero experience with any massage gun. And if that's the case - Go For It!

Since filming, I've used this several more times and I'm enjoying the ease of use and convenience that comes with any massage gun.

What I've learned since the video is mostly about the battery life, which I'm sure would (or should) be better on more expensive versions. Turns out I was just about out of juice after filming this. I might have gotten five more minutes, which would put the continuous use to about 20 minutes. And I'm guessing that's going to be the machine's biggest drawback.

It does operate while plugged into the wall, but if you start at zero battery, the gun will NOT run straight from wall power. Apparently it is charging while you run off the battery and you will deplete the battery before it charges again. But if you plug up before you're out of juice, you should be able to extend your range considerably.

I believe this 3900 model (which refers to RPMs) is discontinued which is why I found it where I did. But the newer 5000 version is available on Amazon for $59. Still less than most, but twice what I paid, so it may still require some further research for if it's worth it for you.

But go out there and search the discount stores near you! This can't be the only one out there. Good luck and happy hunting!
