About three weeks ago I experienced a sudden health scare that I never expected. One day everything was normal, and the next day my body simply stopped working the way it should. I ended up needing emergency medical help and briefly being in the hospital.

In this Walk & Talk I explain what happened, what the experience was like, and why it reminded me how quickly health can change after 60 years old.

More importantly, I share why getting back outside and walking again has been an important part of getting back to normal.
