Officer Powell is not known for his eidetic memory, and it appears that yet again poor old Ed has gotten confused and called the wrong place, annoying the residents of Cleveland in the UK - no doubt befuddled by the county's similar name to the city that houses his home district. Unfortunately, those on the other end can't quite seem to get it through to the officer that he's in the wrong country, a point of contention which leads to a couple of tense situations.
