Fasting Instructions for the First Day of Lent

Описание: In this video I encourage true fasting, as defined in my instructions: "Fasting is a practice wherein one enters a state of humility, mourning, and hunger by the abstaining from all food and various forms of stimulation (media, etc) for a period of time (for at least 12 hours when the body is actually hungry) for religious purposes and, instead of feeding the body they trade that food and stimulation for religious devotion."
