No experience is required to take Judicial Services Examination for Civil Judge Junior Division and even final year students of LLB can appear in the exam.
Age limits are concerned it varies greatly according to from state to state but usually, it is between 21 years to 35 years.

For Judicial Service Exam for Additional District and Sessions Judge.
Then you must be graduates in law and have a minimum number of years of litigating practice; which is usually seven years after completing the required qualification.

Syllabus of Judicial Services Examination?
The syllabus for various Judicial Service Exam varies across states. However, it basically consists of questions form Civil law, Criminal Law and Language paper.
The weight given to the language paper is around 20 to 35%.
