This song is the German intro for the anime “Heidi” (original title: アルプスの少女ハイジ, Arupusu no Shōjo Haiji; English title: Heidi, Girl of the Alps). There are different theme songs for different countries, so you might know another opening. The German one was composed by Christian Bruhn and has been originally performed by Gitti und Erika.
