Re-parking is a twice a week thing in NYC. Twice a week, everyone waits in their cars at 9am for street cleaning, parks back in the same spot (if they're lucky) and waits in the car until 10:30am to avoid a ticket. Today I had to do this for the first time for my friends who are out of town.
