A massive Boeing C-17 Globemaster III from the Royal Canadian Air Force performs a powerful takeoff from Albuquerque International Sunport.
The C-17 Globemaster III is one of the most capable strategic airlifters in the world, designed to transport troops, heavy equipment, and humanitarian aid across long distances while operating from relatively short runways. Watching this massive aircraft spool up its engines and lift off the runway is always an incredible sight for aviation enthusiasts. I got lucky and noticed this one on the Runway before it Took off.
I shot this using a Sony a7RII paired with a Tamron 70–300mm lens.
