Sergeant Major Erick Miyares (Ret.) is an accomplished former special operator and Intelligence professional with 29 years’ combined experience in the United States Marine Corps and United States Army. He spent over 23 years serving within United States Army Special Operations and the Intelligence Community in a variety of leadership positions, and tactical to strategic assignments. He led and conducted sensitive operations across multiple combat and contingency operations. Erick is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Cyberpsychology from Capitol Technology University and his research is focused on how to make our ‘operators’ more resilient to warfare demands.
