What is Leadership Presence?

Описание: I'm often asked to help people develop their Leadership Presence. The request is usually made because the individual is presenting to a more senior environment which could be the Executive, the CEO or the Board. So, what we are talking about in this request is that in these environments or moments, others – which could be the Exec, the Board, or the client, see us as a Leader. Successful leadership presence means that others see you as a Leader.
