Panta bhat is a fermented food. If we soak cool boiled rice overnight in water it's turn into panta bhat. Because of fermentation, the nutrients in panta bhat are bio - available & digest easily.
So panta bhat is highly beneficial than hot boiled rice.
Iron contains in panta bhat is much higher than hot boiled rice. Although nutritive value of potassium, calcium, & phosphorus are increase .
Panta bhat is beneficial for skin& hair, regulates heat etc.
