How Playing Video Games Can ACTUALLY Make You Smarter

Описание: If you read any headline on any tabloid paper; you'll find some pretty sensationalist and unsubstantiated claims about gaming.

Most of these claims though are exactly that.. unsubstantiated.

So I've decided to make this video to discuss those claims and dissect them and explain why playing video games may actually be GREAT for your brain; improving your mental health and cognition.

At the end of the video I'll also touch on Internet Gaming Disorder; a condition whereby people become "addicted" to playing video games. Happy Viewing!
