A lot of society is very focused on a monogamous view of relationships. That if you love someone, you should be sexually exclusive with them.

Yet according to some data, some of the best marriages are not sexually exclusive and they don't buy into the monogamous mass formation psychosis that says you have to be sexually exclusive or else love isn't real.

The data also shows that those in monogamous couples can learn a lot from polyamorous couples - for example, the importance of being clear about what would constitute cheating.
