Well this is quite the layered trigger, innit? 🤓
How I handled this today:
✨️I warned my people- mom is on her bs today.
✨️I put myself in time out. I removed myself when I needed a moment to feel the feels and collect myself.
✨️I gave myself permission to not be okay, and be okay with not being okay. I had a great day yesterday, today not so much. You can't win them all.
✨️Gave myself grace and spoke kindly to myself- "You're juggling a lot. No one is mad at you. Today wasn't the best day, and that's okay. You're a human, not a robot."
✨️And then I made this shadow work TikTok while stretching. I'm all about efficiency. 😂🪷
