This disease does not usually occur in the first pregnancy but is seen more frequently in subsequent pregnancies.

Clinical features of Erythroblastosis Fetalis include anemia, jaundice, and hepatosplenomegaly. In severe cases, it can lead to fetal hydrops, a condition that can be life-threatening for the fetus.
