How to cook "MASI" or (peanut-filled MOCHI)

My take on another filipino delicacy which brings back a lot of childhood memories- "MASI" or MOCHI with peanut filling.
Ingredients:
Dough:
1/2 cup glutinous flour
1/3 cup rice flour
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp water
Filling:
3 tbsp crushed peanuts
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp muscovado sugar
2 tbsp peanut butter
pinch of salt.
This is best served fresh or on the day it was cooked. If you have left-over, store it in an airtight container in the freezer and thaw in boiling water for 5 mins.
