ABOUT PROJECT:
In propose work we are building an online Chatbot system which will utilize NLP and Machine Learning KNN algorithm to understand user query and then suggest answers to make online travel booking, ticket enquiry, confirmation status and cancellation. This Chatbot will provide instant response without any wait and can continue 24 X 7 without any human support.
Chatbot using NLP algorithms to clean and extract useful tokens from user query and then apply KNN algorithms to matched user query with most satisfying answer and then suggest that answer to user as response.
To implement this project we have designed following modules
1) Admin Login: admin can login to system using username and password as ‘admin and admin’. After login admin will add travel trip details which contains information like Source, Destination, ticket price and travel date.
2) View Booking: admin can view number of bookings from different users
3) New User Registration Here: new user can sign up with the application
4) User Login: user can login to system
5) Travel Booking Chatbot: after login user can run this module to activate Chatbot.
6) Booking: after activation user can issue query like booking or book or cancel or status or confirmation to allow Chatbot to find suitable answers and then generate response and user can interact with Chatbot based on generated response.
