in summary, Oracle over melody/apostle over ursa.
ripple wizard, dark moon, wooden stick healer are niche and pay to win characters
demoman has stun and used only for low cost but still weak
snowballs probably useful for co-op due to slow but generally useless or a substitute for stronger same rarity characters
the rare healer can be obtained as f2p but the worth is shown to be bad.
this video shows some example of supports vs dps but the final decision should be yours. in a large group, more supports tend to win while in a small group, more dps wins.
Oracle buff is stackable. get 2/3 Oracle at all time.
