Throat Cancer is very common in our country. Patient has pain, heavy bleeding difficulty in chewing, if the cancer is in the cheek or the tongue. So it can change the quality of the voice because of the inability to move the tongue, there is a reduced ability of the palate to move. So the palate is affected, as a result of that there can be certain changes in the vice, the tonsil are affected. So pain, bleeding, difficulty in speaking, change in quality of the voice are some of the common causes of Throat Cancer. Laryngeal cancers cause quality of voice being affected. People who are smokers or have exposure e top corrosive air ,it is possible that these people are affected. Identifying the issues quite early has a major role to play in the way they get treated. So a regular examination, can pick up these problems and they can be treated very effectively. So the cornerstone is early identification so that the treatment is definitive and curative.
