300 gm grated bottled gourd
Half cup Ragi flour
Half cup besan
1 green chilly
2 inch ginger
salt as per taste
half spoon crushed black paper
2 pinch turmaric
3 pinch backing soda
4 tsf curd
water as required
very healty steamed dhokla made with calcium rich ragi and protein rich besan with very healthy vegetable like lauki, with less oil and lots of health benefits
