I've been sitting with this question that keeps visiting me in quiet moments: Do poltergeist phenomena show up precisely when our souls are ready for a profound shift? You do have within you an incredible ability to restore, rebalance, and reclaim your energy—and it's so much easier and more natural than you might imagine.

Through my own life experience I've discovered that when I understood that our thoughts about ourselves are literally creating our world, everything shifted.

This is the magic of understanding universal laws—the sacred dance between what we believe about ourselves and what manifests in our reality. You are not here to be a victim of anything or anyone. You are a magnificent, powerful being of light who chose to have this human experience.
You came here with gifts, with purpose, with an inner strength that no external force can truly diminish.

This episode is to inspire by telling a story from the paranormal reality, and how you can alter thoughts about protecting yourself from draining energies/ entities and stay balanced, strong, powerful, and not victimized. As a choice.

These words aren't just concepts—they're invitations to remember the truth of who you are. You are so much more than what has happened to you and what affects you negatively. You are pure potential wrapped in human form.
