I'm always delighted when the opportunity presents itself to be able to do a full end to end service in Train Simulator and now that we have Preston to Manchester Piccadilly (or Victoria if you prefer) via Bolton - i've gone back to around 2022, when Northern used to operate a service from Blackpool North to Hazel Grove and using the Armstrong Powerhouse Class 319. I've slightly modified three existing scenarios and in fact during the week's recording, there is now a scenario available on Alan Thomson Sim. which covers this working, but in reverse. If you haven't already seen it, well worth taking a look at Don Coffey's real iife cab ride Hazel Grove to Blackpool North. Another piece of the UK Railway Network ticked off in Train Sim.
