Dr. Rayyan Zafar is a neuropsychopharmacologist and postdoctoral researcher who recently completed his Ph.D. at Imperial College under the supervision of Prof David Nutt and Dr. David Erritzoe. His research investigates the neurobiology of substance use and behavioral addictions and how psychedelic therapy may be used to treat these. Rayyan also is a senior research officer at Drug Science, a research advisor for ITER investments, and advises for several psychedelic and cannabis biotechs and clinics.
