In this video I was demonstrated the Surface vibrator from Greaves cotton company special manufacturing for construction work.
This machine have a engine of 2hp power producing 3600 rpm speed to rotate a rotor which is fixed with a surface plate . When this engine power on, the rotor vibration make the plate vibrate and create compaction to applied area for compression. Although the unwanted particles like air and water etc which was already present in concrete mixer will remove and the concrete got more stronger.
After this result is excellent work done with this machine .
