Featuring extra-long striped arms and torn striped shirt with shredded gauze accents, skeletal chest and giant boney hands, the clown’s giant scary face with glowing yellow eyes and grinning hinged jaw completes the look. Once activated, the Underworld Clown’s head turns and his torso rocks side-to-side as he says one of four phrases. Easy assembly and convenient activation options include a Step Here Pad and volume control. Indoor or covered porch use only.
