STORYLINE:
Russia launched a missile attack on Kyiv's Shevchenkivskyi district early Saturday, killing at least three people according to the local government.  

Several cars caught fire and a mains water supply was damaged causing shortages and flooding.

An administrative building, a business center, a metro station entrance and a store were damaged.

Firefighters also localized the fire in the residential building.
