I'm here with Dr. Gerald Pollack, the expert on what some people call "EZ water." My questions were about the things that help build our supply of this unique water, and the things that reduce it. His scientific experiments proved that infrared light and heat, sauna, grounding/earthing, HBOT therapy, and certain foods (turmeric, basil, ghee) all build up more EZ water. The factors that directly reduce EZ water are chemicals such as glyphosate and flouride as well as EMF/RF radiation.
