I've modified the stats of my character via talismans and renown abilities in order to increase my Weapon Skill to a value between 520-580 (with strength at 700-750).
These stats advices were given to me by Will a few months ago, and I'm only starting to apply them. Increasing my Weapon Skill has indeed improved my damage more efficiently than stacking Strength.
With the "Blessed Blade" tactic and the proc from either Vanquisher or Triumphant set, your armor penetration can reach a value of around 100% during combats. Here I'm combining that with the "Flanking" tactic and 24% crit chance, and it works pretty well.
Update : I actually overestimated the amount of WeaponSkill I needed, reducing it to increase strength works better as the Triumphant set WeaponSkill proc seems to be sufficient. My thanks to CtV81 for his comment under the video for making me notice this
