The Offline Filtration Trolley OFTM is an air operated mobile oil service unit used to filter oil when filling systems, transferring hydraulic and lubricating fluids and to provide offline fluid filtration.

This trolley is suitable for use in underground, marine or intrinsically safe areas. It contains stainless steel fittings and a pneumatic driven oil pump delivering 7 to 15 lpm at maximum 5 bar working pressure.

The unit has 2 HYDAC MultiRheo filter housing with spun spray depth filter element allowing high dirt holding capacity.
The filter element is easy to change and doesn’t require special tools.

The double filter allows you to cascade the flow with different micron rated elements. For example: 20 micron in the first and 10 micron in the second. Allowing high filtration rates in a single pass. The elements are available down to 1 micron.

The pressure indicators are visible from both sides.

The unit has pneumatic tyres and a unique foot operated lever that tilts the wheel into a best position, reducing the load for the operator. It also allows the unit to be locked safely into position before starting the operation.

It is air operated. It doesn’t need any electrical connection; it means it can be used on hazardous environments.

The unit has 2 operation modes, ‘transfer’ and ‘filter’. The ‘transfer’ mode transfers the fluid from one tank to another without using your filter element, and the ‘filter’ mode allows the oil to pass from the pump through both filters in cascade. You can change the mode without turning off the pump.

It has a variable speed drive able to handle fluids over a large range of viscosity.

The regulator controls the pressure of the air motor perfectly so the air motor operates as expected.

As the trolley is capable of handling different types of fluid, including HDA Glycol, the trolley comes with an oil card that is used to inform the operator of the fluid that is currently being used.

The trolley also has a strainer to protect the suction of the pump.

And it also has test points to allow the connection of a particle counter with 1 point pre filter and 1 point after filter.
