This is a great recipe if you are trying a plant based diet , as it has all those familiar flavours of a kfc
For the secret herbs and spices you will need
500g self raising flour ( to fluff up the batter
2/3 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/3 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried mustard
4 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground ginger
3 teaspoons white pepper
