Описание: I had the BEST time at Monsterpalooza 2025 at the Pasadena Convention Center this past weekend!

This horror convention has officially become one of my all-time favorites. From jaw-dropping special effects makeup and insanely detailed cosplay to incredible horror art, movie props, and expert panels, Monsterpalooza is a must-attend event for any Halloween lover, monster fan, or horror enthusiast.

I spent the whole day exploring the vendor hall, chatting with some unbelievably talented artists, and even getting scared by some perfectly placed cosplayers—honestly, I am not ready for Halloween Horror Nights after this! One of the highlights was attending a “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” panel featuring Juliet Landau (aka Drusilla), which was such a cool experience.

If you’re into monsters, horror, or the art behind creature creation, Monsterpalooza is a can’t-miss event. And if you want to dip your toes in, don’t forget they also host Son of Monsterpalooza later this year at the Burbank Convention Center—I’ll definitely be there too! This convention is truly a celebration of the spooky, the creepy, and the creatively terrifying.
