Grinding my own matcha in Japan!

Описание: I ground my own matcha in Japan! This was one of my favourite experiences from the trip and being a heavy matcha drinker myself, it was awesome getting to learn how to prepare my own bowl of ceremonial matcha in the capital of matcha - Uji, Japan. I highly recommend trying this out if you like drinking matcha! Also secretly debating if I should get a stone mill 😬

For those asking, there are many tea factories and matcha shops in Uji that offer matcha workshops! We decided last minute to do it but everything was fully booked so they pointed us to the Chazuna community centre which offers a very good workshop taught by very nice instructors!
