Kern Community Foundation supports New Advances for People with Disabilities (NAPD) mission to provide quality services to people with intellectual/ developmental disabilities. They offer programs, advocacy, and skills that empower our clients to live more productive, rewarding and independent lives, fully integrated into the community.
