4,000km OFF GRID across Australia's Top End - FIRST IN AFTER WET SEASON

Описание: We’re back out on the open road – and this time, we’re tackling one of the most iconic outback routes in Australia: the Savannah Way.

We’re crossing from Queensland into the Northern Territory via National Highway One – the road that could take you right around the entire country if you kept driving!

We’ve left behind the busy east coast and are heading deep into the remote Top End, with nearly 3,000km of corrugated roads, flood zones, and wide-open nothingness ahead of us – just how we like it.

Central Queensland was smashed by record flooding in late autumn 2025. But now that the waters are dropping, the outback is springing back to life. 🌱 Usually bone-dry country has turned into an oasis — a rare sight and a real privilege to witness.

We’ve done trips like this before, and if there’s one thing we know for sure — Australia is big! Even just reaching the start of the Savannah Way takes a couple of solid driving days…

From epic campsites to unexpected detours, fresh tracks & a few new mates made along the way, the adventure’s just getting started.
