Native quality control functionality for the analysis of airfoils and turbine blades include: inspection of profile mean line, profile centroid and profile thickness of turbine blades on the basis of 2D sections. The profile‘s center of gravity, radii and twist can also be calculated.
This video features data utilizing ATOS blue light 3D scanner and ATOS Professional Software. These functions can also be carried out with GOM Inspect standalone inspection software that can be utilized with other measuring devices (i.e. 3D laser scanner, CMM, CT, other structured light, etc.).
