Boxing Ontario’s Youth & Junior Team completed their final training camp at Kingsway Boxing Club in Etobicoke in preparation for the 2024 Youth & Junior Canadian Championships. Under the direction of the Team Coaches, training camp featured conditioning drills, heavy bag and pad work, technical drills, sparring, and more.
The Canadian Championships were hosted in Calgary, AB in March 2024, and Team Ontario brought home 30 medals: 15 gold, 8 silver, and 7 bronze! These results indicate that 23 Team Ontario athletes (gold and silver medalists) have qualified to join Boxing Canada's national Team — an incredible opportunity to represent Canada on the global boxing stage.
