Երբ կահանաները չլսեցին, չխոնարհեցան, չզղջացին, օրհնութիւնը դարձաւ անեծք։ Օրհնութիւնը դարձաւ դատաստան։ Եւ այսօր այդ դատաստանը տեսանելի դարձաւ բոլորիս աչքերուն առջեւ։ Մաղաքիա մարգարէն երկրորդ գլխուն մէջ խստօրէն կը խօսի կահանաներուն.

«Այս է իմ պատվիրանը ձեզ՝ կահանանե՛ր.
Եթե չլսեք և չմտածեք փառավորել Իմ անունը, — ասում է Ամենակալ Տերը, —
Ես ձեր վրա անեծք կուղարկեմ, և ձեր օրհնությունները կվերածեմ անեծքի։»

In Malachi Chapter 2, God issues a stern warning to the priests who have failed to honor His name. This powerful prophecy speaks directly to our times: "If you do not listen, and if you do not resolve to honor My name," says the Lord Almighty, "I will send a curse on you, and I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have already cursed them, because you have not resolved to honor Me." When blessings turn into curses, when honor becomes judgment - we are witnessing the fulfillment of this ancient prophecy today.
