Описание: Getting it in with my resistance bands after bootcamp today! I strongly recommend resistance bands as an easy way to get in the "weight" training without carrying around free weights. Here's a few exercises you can do using a pole and your band. I usually go non stop to one full song switching up each exercise after about a minute. This band I'm using is about 15lb or so but you can get a heavier or lighter band depending on your level. The thicker the band the heavier and higher resistance it will be. #resistanceband #workout #centralpark #nogymnoprob #coachcassfit
