Описание: I believe African American History is so powerful and if I could put Harriet in a time period Exodus. Often times as artists we move or are inspired by whats trending or going to receive views, but rarely do we touch on facts and history. I was truly inspired by Harriet the film and the music. I wanted to mix Stepping, African and Modern dance, which are very popular in Black culture. I had a great team to come in and help. Thankful to Kara Mack for assisting me. Parrish Dove and Alia Simone for costume. AR Betts Production company for being so professional with running this project. Jin from Take Flight Production for the film and editing. ALL THE DANCERS that devoted their time. Thank you Cynthia Erivo for the music and being a light for true artistry. Kasi Lemmon thank you for this film where I drew so much inspiration to tell the story through dance. I pray that everyone enjoys the rawness and emotion in this project.
