Hello darlings,

Well, it seems like the British Summer Season is well and truly underway and it certainly is all go! I’m so excited to take you with me and my family to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show; we had the most exquisite day exploring the gardens, chatting to the exhibitors and learning so much about the absolutely stunning displays.

The rest of the week has been jam-packed with more shoots, an event with Amaffi Perfume House and a wonderful weekend continuing the celebrations for Marcus’s birthday & my best friends Hen Do! From flowers and horticulture, to exclusive events and a wonderfully wholesome BBQ at home as well as some EYE opening hen do scenes, this week has had it all – and some glorious sunshine to top it all off!

BBQ Recipes –
Talulah Recipe
Bulgar Wheat cooked in water and veg stock.
Chop up finely, cucumber, tomatoes, mango, red pepper, yellow pepper, A whole bag of coriander, mint chopped finely.
Sprinkle a pomegranate seeds over the top.
Season well with salt, pepper, and a good dash of olive oil and juice of 1 lemon.

My Mediterranean Cous Cous:
Marinade courgettes, aubergines, red peppers, yellow peppers, fennel, red onion, garlic and shallots in Belzu Rose Harissa and slow roast at 180 degrees.
Cook your Cous Cous with vegetable stock.
Pick your favourite dish and place your cooked Cous Cous at the bottom. Scatter the veg over the top, pull apart the goats cheese and let it melt onto the vegetables. Top with coriander.
