This is the third and final session in the Agentic AI in ServiceNow webinar series. In this session, we bring together all the components covered in previous episodes to build a complete, functioning AI agent—anchored around a clearly defined use case.
As part of our preparation for the upcoming AI Agent Hackathon, this session demonstrates how to:
Define and structure a real-world use case
Build and configure multiple AI agents to support that use case
Integrate Now Assist Skills and platform tools into agent workflows
Use the AI Agent Studio to orchestrate autonomous, goal-driven actions
Test, refine, and troubleshoot agent behavior
The use case we implemented revolves around a “homework assistant” scenario, showing how multiple agents and tools can work together in a modular, reusable, and intelligent way. The session also includes practical guidance on designing agent behavior and improving decision logic.
This series is designed to give you a complete, hands-on foundation for building intelligent automation with Agentic AI in ServiceNow.
