I'm attempting to beat Pokemon Emerald - BUT - every time I defeat a trainer, I take their team for myself! Is it possible to become the Pokemon Champion while only using the teams from the previous trainer? Let's find out!

Rules for this challenge:
When I beat a trainer, I must immediately steal their team.
Pokemon from trainers must match the levels, abilities, movesets, and exact statistics of the Pokemon
If the trainer used items, you may use the same items while using their team
No fighting wild Pokemon to gain levels
Must play on Set Mode
Can re-organize the team how I see fit

This is not a Nuzlocke and battles were re-fought and save states were used. This is a challenge to determine if this is possible at all.
