6. Catcher's Gizelle (aka Stag or Z Sits or CG Stag) Foot Step Mount into King Pigeon Splits. (Then retrograde backward)
7. Catcher's Gizelle (aka Stag or Z Sits or CG Stag) Foot Step Mount into Rebecca into Rebecca Splits into Rebecca Arabesque
8. Catcher's Gizelle (aka Stag or Z Sits or CG Stag) Foot Step Mount into Rebecca into Half Pegasus into Pegasus.
9. Catcher's Gizelle (aka Stag or Z Sits or CG Stag) Foot Step Mount into Rebecca into Rebecca Drop

NOTE: THIS IS THE MORE ADVANCED WAY TO GO UP INTO REBECCA, REQUIRING MORE STRENGTH AND BALANCE. THE EASIER WAY.... FOOT STEP: IF YOUR STEP IS ONTO THE RIGHT FOOT THEN PLACE YOUR RIGHT KNEE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE SLING (OUTSIDE), NOT THE INSIDE (THE INSIDE REQUIRES A LOT MORE SKILL AND YOU CANNOT REST THERE).


Pro Tip #1: Once you do the Catcher's Gizelle (aka Stag or Z Sits or CG Stag) and go into a Foot Step Mount, if you step onto the RIGHT FOOT, you take the silk on the left side and bring it in front of your left leg, throw it to the right around your back all the way under your left shoulder/armpit. Grab real high on the pole of the silk and pull up into your Rebecca.

If you Foot Step Mount onto your LEFT FOOT, you take the silk on the right side and bring it in front of your right leg, throw it to the left around your back all the way under your right shoulder/armpit. Grab real high on the pole of the silk and pull up into your Rebecca.

Aerial Silk Definitions:
Pole (on the silk): is the silk above your move, lock, or drop pose (example: in a single ankle hang you climb above your foot lock to the POLE to undo your foot)
Tail (on the silk): is the silk below your move, lock, or drop pose (example: you usually spin the TAIL in a hip key, russian climb, or foot lock)

I. Skill Sculpture Definition:
1. Taking a Skill, move, technique in its present form and shaping the technique for Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced students adding stylized versions.
2. Adding a Sculpture/Sculpture Freeze to make your skill, move, technique look like a sculpture.
II. Stylized Definition: Give the Skill, move, technique an extreme design or appearance. Add to it an extreme pose.
III. Sculpture/Sculpture Freeze Definition: Take a Skill, move, technique and freeze the move for 10 seconds.
