System Lord ANTICS Behind the Scenes! (Dial the Gate)

Описание: There is a very small and very special company of actors you might run into at a Stargate convention. These are the women and men who played various System Lords (and other Goa’uld baddies) over the 11-year run of Stargate SG-1 – from the introduction of Peter Williams’ Apophis in “Children of the Gods” all the way to the defeat of Baal in Stargate: Continuum.

Two of those actors are Jacqueline Samuda (who played the cunning and cutthroat Goa’uld Nirrti) and Suanne Braun (who played the sexy and manipulative queen Hathor). Although their characters never appeared on screen together, the two women have become fast friends through their convention appearances over the last two and a half decades.

“Dial the Gate” got the two of them to sit down together for a virtual reunion, sharing about their convention experiences and how the System Lord actors bonded over the years. They also share a very special video goofing off at a convention hotel with their friend and fellow Goa’uld powerhouse, the late, great Cliff Simon (“Baal”) – who passed away in 2021.
