GoodGuys Rod and Custom Association held Speedway Motors 25th Southwest Nationals at Westworld of Scottsdale Arizona. One of the top 12 cars of 2022 is the Truck of the Year built by South City Rod and Customs out of California. Terrific built of an original classic without losing its vintage appeal, there is so much involved in the build of this truck the list includes
cad rendered and machined parts for 3D printing such as the license plate and tail light frames, unique restoration of the drip rail around the roof, ET wheels from the 1960s to keep with the vintage look and modified grill. Classic chevy pick up 1965 restored brilliantly with small block chevy 383 stroker motor inside a hand made custom engine compartment, clean firewalls with two track front drive.
