What are the danger signs associated with Fever?

In a baby the danger signs are:
Poor feeding, lethargy drowsiness, reduced urine output, refusing to feed, bluish discoloration of limbs etc.

In an older child: If fever is about 100 degree but child is dull, drowsy, vomiting persistently, breathing with difficulty, rush to the doctor immediately. But if it viral fever one could wait.
